This class will focus primarily on the breath and remaining present in the moment. Flow through sun salutations, standing poses, balances, backbending, core work, and inversions, but emphasis will be placed upon listening to one's body, and remaining focused in the mind while going through the movements.

Practice is in a room heated to 98 – 102 degrees, Hot Yoga detoxifies the body through perspiration, tones the muscles and flushes every cell and organ in the body. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any at all), this yoga will benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible! Practice follows a fixed or set series of poses (asanas).

Power Yoga classes are physically vigorous, yet accessible. They utilize fluid transitions from pose to pose, seamlessly linking body, breath, and movement. Some knowledge of body, breath and movement are suggested.

Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. Suitable for All Levels.

Vinyasa classes use the flowing (vinyasa) movements of yoga, with a variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

Any of the methods or disciplines prescribed, especially a series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body and mind, tranquillity, etc. Union of the self with the Supreme Being or ultimate principle.

Studio Info & Directions

The studio has changing rooms and bathrooms, as well as a place for your personal belongings.

There are no showers in the studio.

Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes early. Arriving on time shows respect for the practice.

Please turn off or silence your phone when you arrive. All cell phone use is to be done outside of the studio and reception area.

No shoes in the studio, please. Remove your shoes prior to entering the studio.

Please do not apply perfume, scented oils or lotions prior to entering or in the studio. Some students have odor sensitivities and/or allergies.

Classes are offered at $10 to $15 per class.

Yoga classes are not only physically demanding but also mentally challenging. Do bring a sense of humor. If you don't laugh, you'll cry!
